  • All sales are final

    As a print-on-demand business, we do not keep inventory on hand and, therefore, cannot accept returns or process refunds once your order has been printed.

    Please note that once your order is placed, we immediately begin sourcing the necessary materials from our suppliers to craft these handmade, artisanal products.

    Due to the complexity of the supply chain, this process may lead to unexpected delays and extended wait times, which may not always align with your expectations.

    We kindly ask for your understanding and patience. Once your order enters the printing stage, it becomes ineligible for refunds. The materials used in the production of your order are specialized and can only be used once; if an order is canceled, these materials would go to waste.

    For this reason, we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing your order.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    We're committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory.

    Exchanges are only available in cases where we’ve made a mistake, such as delivering damaged goods, the wrong item, or the incorrect size.

    For any other exchanges, there is a fee of $9.99 per item to cover partial printing and restocking costs. Please note that we cannot begin processing your exchange until we receive the returned items, and you will be responsible for all shipping expenses.

    To proceed with an exchange, please purchase the exchange fee for each item and select the desired size. Send the items back to the provided address, making sure they are unworn and in their original packaging.

    Be sure to email us at GraphThread@gmail.com with the tracking number and the correct replacement sizes. We're here to help you get the perfect fit, so don't hesitate to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns.

  • Exceptions and Refunds

    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

    If your order has not been printed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at graphthread@gmail.com

    If your order has been printed but not fulfilled or shipped yet, you'll be charged a restocking fee of $9.00 per item. You’ll be refunded the total order - less the restocking fee -on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Unfortunately if your order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, then we cannot accommodate your request.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We provide a flat-rate shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Asia Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, ndonesia, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Thailand.

Will l be charged customs or import fees for international orders?

Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival in thedestination country, We are not responsible for these charges.
Canadian orders may incur customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that we are notresponsible for these charges.
If you are ordering from the UK and your order value is above f135 pounds, you will only be charged duties at checkout.
