How many days does It take to ship orders?

All orders require a 1-3 business days production time (may be longer during holidays).

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
USA (MAINLAND)
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
USA (HI, AK, PR, GUAM)
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
CANADA
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL
Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide a flat-rate shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

All sales are final. 

Due to the fact that our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to our fault or error.

This includes but not limited to:

• Damaged goods
• Wrong item received
• Wrong size received

Please keep in mind that when your order is summited we begin to purchase all the required materials from our suppliers in order to create these hand crafter artisanal goods.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

For men, stick with your usual size for a regular fit or go one size up for a more oversized look. For women, choose your standard unisex t-shirt size for a relaxed fit, or size up for that oversized vibe.

Our Women’s Tee has a slightly shorter length and sleeves, ideal if you're familiar with that fit and prefer it. It's a standard-sized tee for women, crafted from the same fabric as the Classic Tee.
